Is this really Free?
Yes, it is completley free. Please support us by taking a look at our other, commercial, products. Go on, check out PhonePoint!

How do I install PhoneFile?
Install the .msi file on your PC, then install the .sis file on your phone. Please check out the release notes for further details.

How much memory does PhoneFile take up on my device?
PhoneFile uses about 15K of storage memory, i.e. it is nice and small.

Phone Installation problems!
Some of the more recent Nokia phones have shipped with software installation off by default. This can be switched on (temporarily if you wish) from the "Settings" item in the "Options" menu of the "(App)Manager".

Does PhoneFile support Series60 Version 3 Phones?
Nope, currently we only support version 1.x and 2.x Series60 (S60) devices.

We have a Version 3 product in Beta and are considering how \ when to release it. Changes in the way S60 signs applications means we cannot release a Beta of PhoneFile for S60 Version 3.

Do I need to run something on the phone?
No, simply install the PhoneFile.sis file.

Can I use PhoneFile with multiple PCs?
Yes. Simply install the PC software on a different PC.
